Parent Volunteer Portal

Welcome to TASIS Dorado's Parent Volunteer Portal, where your involvement helps shape the vibrant community that supports our students from Grades PPK through 12. This portal is your gateway to meaningful opportunities where you can contribute your time, skills, and enthusiasm to enhance our school’s programs, events, and everyday activities. Whether you’re assisting in the classroom, organizing special events, or supporting extracurricular activities, your participation makes a difference in the educational experience of every child. We’re excited to partner with you in fostering a nurturing and dynamic environment for our students to thrive!

Volunteer opportunities include:

• ADMISSIONS: Annual activities including Summer Ambassadors, Used Uniform Sales, New Family Orientations, School Picture Days, and Open Houses.
• ADVANCEMENT: Donor appreciation, IRONBEAR, gala & auction, Giving Tuesday, and Sign-Up Parties.
• GRADE LEVEL:
  • ELEMENTARY: HUB Dining Hall lunch duty, class parent efforts, Communities of the World, Young Authors, Kinder & 5th Grade promotion ceremonies, and substitute teaching.
    NOTE: Room parents will be managed by individual classroom teachers.
  • SECONDARY: Class communications, general activities, Exploration Week, test proctors, and substitute teaching.
• TASIS PARENT ASSOCIATION (TPA): Family Day, Noche de Puerto Rico, Holiday Bazaar, Holiday faculty/staff gift, Teacher Appreciation Week, parent speaker series, and parent chat moderators.
• WELLNESS & ATHLETICS CENTER (WAC): Canteen sales, wellness events, and spirit gear store sales.
